Went for 2-mile run today with Alf. Stopped briefly when we ran into David, local multi-sport enthusiast, who recently injured himself in a mountain bike accident. He was walking, with no bandages or crutches. He is looking forward to his next adventure race in a couple of weeks. We continued on our respective ways. ALf and I were thinking of running the Mt Bogong (left) to Mt Hotham race, which is 64km, but as it requires a substantial amount of equipment to be carried, and involves map and compass reading skills, we are going to give it a miss. This time!
